   Work with your business coach to outlining and prioritize the main projects necessary to achieve your KPIs.
7. Action Steps: - Who needs to do what by when?
   Identify specifically Who is accountable for What by When to successfully complete your Projects.
8. Business Plan Tracking and Implementation: - How are you progressing?
   Your coach helps to keep you focused and on track based on the accountabilites you have outlined and agreed to.
9. Daily Activity Management: - Do you need to sweat the small stuff?
   If you and your coach feel the need to stay on top of the daily details, the Daily Activity Tracker allows you to be very detailed about tracking specific measurable activities, both in terms of time spend and results.
